LL Bean, Peck Building, 184 Main Street, Lewiston

From the North or South:

  • From the Maine Turnpike, take Exit 80 (Lewiston) onto Route 196 West (Lisbon Street).
  • Go to the end of Lisbon Street where it dead-ends at Main Street.  (You will see the Peck Building directly opposite you, but you must drive around the block.)
  • Turn right onto Main Street.
  • Turn left at the next light from which you can take a left.
  • Go to the 4-way STOP.
  • Take a left and drive one block to a STOP sign.
  • Take another left.
  • Take an immediate right into the (free) parking garage.
  • You can enter the building via the 2nd floor bridge from the parking garage or through the front door at street level.  Look for signs pointing to the room where the MTUG meeting will be held. 
Anthem, 2 Gannett Drive, South Portland

Directions from I-95 North or South: Maine Turnpike Exit 45, 1st RIGHT after tollbooth, LEFT on Payne Road, RIGHT at 2nd light (Spring St. & Fairfield Inn), through light at top of hill, next LEFT onto Gannett Drive, left into Anthem parking lot.

Directions from I-295 (Southbound): Take Exit 1, LEFT on Payne Road, RIGHT at 3rd light (Spring St. & Fairfield Inn), through light at top of hill, next LEFT onto Gannett Drive, left into Anthem parking lot.

Wright Express, 97 Darling Avenue, South Portland

From the Maine Turnpike I-95, Exit 46 (Airport):

  • Go through the toll plaza and follow signs for Route 9.  Then, at the first traffic light, turn right onto Route 9 West/Western Avenue.
  • Turn right at the next traffic light onto Maine Mall Road.
  • Turn left onto Darling Avenue and continue until you see Wright Express on the right.  Follow the MTUG signs around to the BACK of the building and enter from there.

From I-295 South, Exit 3 (Westbrook Street/Airport):

  • From the exit ramp, stay in the right lane.  At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 9/Westbrook Street.
  • At the next traffic light (Irving Station on the left and Plaza 29/Ricetta's on the right), continue straight ahead.  Stay in the far right lane.
  • At the next traffic light, turn right onto Western Avenue and continue to the next taffic light;  turn left onto Foden Road.
  • Continue on Foden Road past the Wright Express building on the left and turn right onto Darling Avenue.
  • Continue on Darling Avenue.  Wright Express is on the left.  Follow the MTUG signs around to the BACK of the building and enter from there.

NOTE:   There is no exit when traveling North on I-295.  Coming from the South, take the Maine Turnpike I-95 and follow the directions above. 
Thomas College, 180 West River Road, Waterville

From Interstate 95
Take Exit 127, go east on Kennedy Memorial Drive (Route 137). In approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto West River Road (Route 104 South). Thomas College is 1.5 miles on the left.

Once on campus, drive down the hill and take the left at the first turn. The Laurette Ayotte Auditorium, where we will be meeting, will be on your right and parking will be on your left (in the North lot). Overflow parking is in the South lot (by the other end of the building).


EMHS, The Cianchette Building, 43 Whiting Hill Road, Brewer

Directions from I-95 North or South:   Take exit 182A onto Rte 395.  Follow 395 to the last exit -- sign will read Downtown Brewer (no exit number).  Turn left at first light onto Wilson Street.   You should then have to take a quick left onto Dirigo Drive and veer to the left onto Whiting Hill Road. The Cianchette Building is very close to the intersection of Interstate 395 & Wilson Street. 

After entering the building's lobby, please check in at the front desk. 

VTEC, 50 Foden Road, South Portland

From the Maine Turnpike I-95, Exit 46 (Airport)
  • Go through the toll plaza and follow signs for Route 9.
  • At the first traffic light (airport is straight ahead), turn right onto Route 9 West/Western Avenue.
  • Go straight through the next traffic light (past the Citgo station on the right and Staples on the left).
  • At the next traffic light (Fairchild Semiconductor and Andover College will be on the left), turn right onto Foden Road. 50 Foden Road complex will be across from Thatcher's Restaurant.
  • Take left at the 50 Foden Road sign and veer right to the VTEC side of the building. The entrance to VTEC is located on the corner of the building.

From I-295 South, Exit 3 (Westbrook Street/Airport) (Note: There is no exit when traveling North on I- 295. Coming from the South, take the Maine Turnpike I-95 and follow the directions above.)

  • From the exit ramp, stay in the right lane. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 9/Westbrook St.
  • At the next traffic light (Irving station on the left and Plaza 29/Ricetta's on the right), continue straight ahead. Stay in the far right lane.
  • At the next traffic light (Young's Furniture is on the corner), bear right onto Route 9/Western Avenue.
  • At the next traffic light (Fairchild Semiconductor and Andover College will be on the right), turn left onto Foden Road.
  • Turn left at the 50 Foden Road sign and veer right to the VTEC side of the building. The entrance to VTEC is located on the corner of the building.
Fairchild Semiconductor, 82 Running Hill Road, South Portland

From the Maine Turnpike North or South
  • Take I-95 (Maine Turnpike) North or South
  • Take Exit 45 (Maine Mall Road) and stay in the right lane…
  • NOTE:  You do not pay a toll when getting off the turnpike;  simply drive past the tollbooth
  • Follow signs for Maine Mall Rd/Airport
  • Take a right at the first light onto Maine Mall Rd.
  • Take a left at the next 4 way intersection (Tim Horton’s on the left and Pizzeria Uno is on the right) onto Running Hill Road.
  • Go over the turnpike overpass and enter Fairchild on your left. 

From 295 South
  • Take the Exit 1 Maine Mall Road/Maine Turnpike North exit
  • Take the Exit towards Maine Mall Road
  • Follow sign to the Jetport
  • Take a right at the light onto Maine Mall Road
  • Take a left on Running Hill Rd (Toys R Us on left, Key Bank on right)
  • Go over the turnpike overpass and enter Fairchild on your left

CMP/Energy East, 83 Edison Drive, Augusta

Directions from I-95 North:
  • Take Exit 109, Augusta/Winthrop.
  • Merge onto Route 202/Western Ave, going West.
  • At the 2nd traffic light, take a left onto Edison Drive.
  • CMP will be on your left.

Directions from I-95 South:
  • Take Exit 109B, Augusta/Winthrop.
  • Merge onto Route 202/Western Ave, going West.
  • At the 1st traffic light, take a left onto Edison Drive.
  • CMP will be on your left.
