Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have worked with Windows Server 2003 and 2008.  Also, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Active Directory management to include group policy, OU creation and management. The will be limited Active Directory user management, but nice to have. Experience in a multi AD forest environment a plus. Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, the Partner Account Manager will drive leads and revenue by creating strong profitable relationships with the carrier partners.  80% of the time spent onsite with Partners in the Southern Maine area and/or onsite at prospect and customer meetings.  20% onsite at Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

“Phase One”

Successfully close revenue to stated quota.
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly objectives with assigned resources by selling directly and jointly with carrier partners.
Leverage sales processes by consistent, accurate and timely input into the Salesforce (CRM) system to allow forecasting and management of deal flow.
Execute selling model developed by sales and marketing management via “lunch and learns”, sales presentations, collateral, pricing material, etc.
Develop and maintain forecast for assigned opportunities by month and quarter.
Maintain list of end user reference accounts and look for opportunities within customer base for case studies and press releases.

“Phase Two”

Manage local fulfillment partner delivery team to successfully install and maintain WBS end user customers.
Manage and motivate carrier partners' inside and territory sales teams to provide stream of qualified leads.  Activities will include, but will not be limited to, regular attendance at the carrier’s sales meetings, ongoing training and support.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

Strong track record in customer facing sales position:  3+ years of demonstrated success in selling of telecommunications related services and systems and 2+ years of successful channel based selling experience.
Track record in “opening” up new territories or new service in existing territory
Demonstrated success in selling directly and through reseller partners; proven ability to qualify, sell and close business against larger competitors
Demonstrated success in a start-up or small company environment
Successful experience in using the Internet as a research and selling tool
Very strong computer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Strong skills in using and leveraging CRM (Salesforce.com in particular) in sales process
Able to multi-task under demanding and changing  priorities
Excellent presentation, objection handling and closing skills a must

Compensation
Total annual compensation – First year OTE is $70K to $80K at plan with a 50/50 base/incentive split  Non-refundable guarantee offered during structured ramp.  Additional compensation earned through high performance accelerators.
